The Engadine Bowling Club has function rooms for any occasions
ranging from weddings, engagements, birthday parties and
christenings. Or use our boardroom for small meetings
etc.
Our function room is tastefully decorated in soft
tonings to compliment any colour theme. With ample car
parking, disabled access, fully air-conditioned
facilities and first class service and cuisine, it is
our aim to make your function as enjoyable and
successful as possible.
Please note that we do not cater for 18th or 21st birthday parties.

BOOKING PROCEDURES
- Tentative bookings will be held for fourteen
(14) days. Confirmation of the booking and room hire
is required within this time. Engadine Bowling and
Recreation Club reserves the right to cancel a
tentative booking if it is not confirmed within 14
days.
- All prices include service staff, linen, and setting
up of room.
- Prices quoted are subject to change without
notice. However, every endeavour will be made to
advise of any changes with as much notice as
possible.
ROOM HIRE
Our room hire fees are as follows:
- Boardroom bookings for Meetings & Seminars
- Function Room (50 to 90)
- Sundays and Public Holidays Surcharge
- Public Holidays will also incur a 10% Surcharge on food

OVERTIME
- Duration of the function is for 5 hours. If you
wish to enjoy your function over and above the
5-hour time allocation, our charges are minimal. Bar
steward fee of $40 per steward per hour.
PAYMENT DETAILS
- Final numbers and final payment are required TWO
(2) WEEKS PRIOR to the function. The balance of the
function account is payable by Cash, Credit Card or
Cheque. Any overtime charges incurred will be
settled at the conclusion of the function.
SEATING CAPACITY
- Our function areas enable us to cater for functions from 50 to 90 guests.
UNDERAGE PARONS
- Persons attending your function, who are under the age of 18 years, are welcome on the Club’s premises. Guests are reminded however, that underage patrons are not permitted into the main area of the Club and therefore are requested to use the front entrance of the Club only.
Underage patrons remain solely the organiser’s responsibility.
CONFETTI
- Guests are reminded that there is strictly no confetti permitted either inside or outside of the Club premises at any time.
